Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Assistant Football Coach to join our team as an offensive coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position that will assist the Head Football Coach with the daily operations of conducting a successful football program.
Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to support the Head Football Coach in leading the team to success through effective coaching, mentoring, and development of student-athletes. This includes but is not limited to: developing and implementing game plans, coordinating practices, scouting opponents, recruiting prospective student-athletes, and maintaining compliance with NCAA regulations.

- Recruit prospective student-athletes who align with the university's values and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective student-athletes, their families, and coaches.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and conference policies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in coaching and recruiting.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruiting, game plans, and player development.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least two seasons of successful offensive coaching experience at the NCAA collegiate level.
- Proven experience and/or knowledge of recruiting prospective student-athletes.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting student-athlete welfare and academic success.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate student-athletes.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Evidence of recruiting and working effectively with student-athletes of diverse races and cultures.
- Evidence of complying fully with association and conference regulations.
