Job Description
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for displaying leadership skillsets, logistical execution, proper horticultural practices, and safety among a crew of 1-2 others. The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will oversee their role in a positive manner.
Requirements and Responsibilities
including, but not limited to
- daily reporting in uniform to MHLC Monday – Friday to prepare truck / equipment by 6:45AM in uniform: Company hat, Company shirt / jacket, pants, belt, boots
- communicate project needs and updates professionally to Supervisor
- interact with Crew in a multiple-task environment concerning weekly objectives and daily tasks
- safely operate landscape equipment
- demonstrate time-management and project efficiency by completing tasks on time and within budget

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
