Analista Jr Service Desk
Experiencia: 1 año en responsabilidades similares. Área: Preferible en Tecnología o similar. Educación: Estudiantes de los últimos años de la carrera universitaria de Análisis de Sistema o Ingeniería en Informática o similar.
Responsabilidades:
Analizar, gestionar y solucionar distintos problemas de procesos incompletos en el sistema y fallas en las aplicaciones o plataformas utilizadas por diversas áreas. Dar soporte a usuarios internos para la utilización de las distintas plataformas. -Aplicar reseteos de contraseñas a plataformas críticas; análisis y corrección de errores en las mismas. -Ajustes varios de información en el CRM como ser: corrección o eliminación de datos de clientes, sincronización de facturas, corrección de pedido de venta teniendo en cuenta el estado de la misma y el error, corrección de líneas y cuentas de facturación, etc. -Gestiones varias en la plataforma BCCS como ser: cambio de estado de factura, insertar equipos en sain, consulta de reserva de líneas, otros. -Análisis de casos complejos de Portabilidad. -Crear nuevos reportes, nuevas tablas, vistas integradas, replicación de bases de datos y elaboración de procedimientos almacenados. -Elaborar dashboard, reportes y resúmenes basados en consultas. -Otras tareas como, verificación de errores de firma electrónica, corrección de casos en el módulo de seguro, anulación de Cobranzas BBD. -Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo al marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
