POSITION TITLE

Sustainability Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled sustainability analyst, reporting to the Director, Ethics, Compliance & Social Responsibility, to join our team. This role will focus on project management to support our global enterprise-wide sustainability strategy deliverables, including sustainability reporting, progress on key performance indicators and serve as an analyst to drive forward our sustainability digital roadmap by managing data campaigns. This role will manage and support the development of key materials that document, report, disclose, train and present on our sustainability progress. This role will also gain expertise on best practices for avoiding greenwashing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cross functionally to support delivery of the corporate sustainability strategy
  • Support data collection in alignment with respective reporting frameworks including CSRD, GRI, SASB, World's Most Ethical Companies
  • Support sustainability reporting disclosures and quality assurance
  • Support ESG due diligence requests and assessment reviews in Sedex (or similar platform)
  • Conduct data campaigns for our sustainability data reporting platform
  • Develop key disclosures and materials to communicate our sustainability progress
  • Serve as analyst supporting annual sustainability reporting, including gap analysis and future reporting preparedness
  • Develop expertise on best practices for avoiding greenwashing

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Analytical and problem-solving skillsrequired
  • Project management experience required
  • Demonstrate skills to prioritize and drive initiatives forward
  • Effective communication skills
  • This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for a work visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Sustainability experience preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills preferred
