Your Role
As a Business Process Owner (BPO) Data, you will oversee all data-related topics critical for success in the digital age while executing business transformation program involving a standard SAP ERP development & roll out. Data content and data migration are part of the role, and you will make strategic decisions on processes related to data creation, maintenance, and governance, significantly impacting Millipore Sigma’s long-term objectives. You will lead the design and modification of data frameworks, ensuring the adoption of best practices across multiple life science business functions. Additionally, you will be accountable for high-impact decisions that establish the future of data and template harmonization/standardization targets
Requirements
Data Content Global Business Ownership: Provide data expertise within the Design Authority, influencing the design and implementation of data systems and processes. Define and implement standardized, harmonized, and simplified data management end-to-end processes (data creation, modification, deactivation, archiving). Drive data-dependent change management activities
ERP Data Migration Business Owner: Own the business activities regarding data migration, including scope definition, extraction rules & validation, transformation validation, and post-load verification process. Support local deployment teams in executing these processes
Team Management: Manage a team of 3 employees directly and a large matrix organization with internal and external resources. Mentor and develop leadership skills within the team, ensuring readiness for future organizational challenges and opportunities
Transversal Management: Coordinate with Data IT Solution Owners and other key stakeholders to ensure ERP initiatives align with the overall business strategy. Engage with senior leadership to communicate and secure buy-in for major process changes and initiatives

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data governance principles and data models and have experience in data migration processes or tools. You excel in designing and implementing master data management processes that ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems. You have a proven ability to steer and motivate a solution-oriented team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Your expertise in change management is essential for driving significant transformations within large, complex organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a leadership role across multiple business units or functions with exposure to data governance and master data management
- Familiarity with Life Science and understanding its data needs/challenges (GxP)
- Experience going through a business transformation E2E with SAP ERP implementations
- Proven track record in large data-centric / scale projects
- Data migration experience
- Skills in designing and implementing master data management processes that ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems
- Proven ability to steer and motivate a team
- Mastery in managing strategic business initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with long-term business goals
- Deep expertise in change management for driving significant transformations within large, complex organizations
- Excellent strategic decision-making skills with a proven track record of implementing complex projects successfully and achieving substantial business outcomes
