Your Role:
- Responsible for quality control inspection of products to the established quality standards to meet customer demand and expectations.
- Additionally optimizing operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ensures proper line opening and line closing for one or more complete operations.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Communicates to the manufacturing team of any issues or opportunities that may affect product quality.
- Impacts team performance through reliability and accuracy of own work.
- Communicates with previous and following shifts the status of processes.
- Verify and review paperwork for accuracy.
- Check the Material Lists and Lot #’s.
- Coordinates material disposition activities in support of Production requirements / consumptions.
- Performs Line Clearance of Materials & Equipment.
- Performs changeover activities.
- Cleans all material areas at the end of the shift.
- Maintain an Effective & Professional communication with Supervisors, Operators & Management.
- Assist in relieving operators in tasks that do not impact your QC inspections (carts, materials, moving product etc.)
- C Shift: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience within manufacturing.
