Your Role
The Senior Strategic Product Manager will lead our Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) Bioreactor Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and innovation within our ADC offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment withmarket needs and business objectives while enhancing our product portfolio’s competitiveness all the while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your leadership, as an individual contributor, will be essential in this important role within our Integrated Platform Solutions Business within Process Solutions.

Pay Range for this position: $79,900 - $172,900

Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps for the ADC Bioreactor Portfolio
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales teams, and customers to define product specifications and launch strategies
- Drive product lifecycle management, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities
- Define portfolio positioning and go-to-market plans
- Engage with key customers to gather feedback and enhance product offerings
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management within the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products throughout their lifecycle, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and independence.
- Strong ability to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to address customer needs, driving innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in collaborating and influencing within a complex international network of functions and stakeholders, taking ownership of decisions and ensuring alignment towards achieving desired outcomes.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ADC manufacturing.
- Experience focused on bioprocessing technologies and applications.
