Your Role:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for coordination between sales, demand planning, site operations, inventory management and the proposal management teams. A key focus will be on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity modeling to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of manufacturing schedules, ensuring alignment between parties on forecasted opportunities
- Collaborate with the proposal team and operations to get necessary information for modeling activities
- Monitor progress of forecasts and work with scheduling to accommodate changes or delays
- Analyze capacity and resource availability to optimize scheduling
- Prepare reports and presentations on scheduling status and resource utilization
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks
- Serve as a backup to the Scheduling team and Supply Chain Analyst
- Analyze and audit relevant master data
- Align reporting on project demand, sales orders, Palantir and SFDC
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other Business discipline (any discipline)
- 1 years experience in planning and scheduling
- 1 years experience with SAP/APO
- 3 years experience in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- ASCM CPIM, CSCP or equivalent
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in demand planning/forecasting
- Experience creating KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, IF)
- Proficient in data modeling
