What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Dealership AP & AR Specialist position at Mills Auto Group?
Classic Hampton Auto Mall is seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts payable experience a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post Invoices into CDK
- Issue checks
- Prepare statements and mail out
- Do daily deposit from sales, parts and service.
- Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
