- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring that supplies are stocked and the workspace is well-maintained.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients and visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar.
