Mills Construction is a luxury custom homebuilder and renovation company based in Ocala FL. with offices in the Villages. We pride ourselves in being a professional, forward-thinking organization. We are looking for an experienced and professional estimator to support our sales staff. This position will be primarily focused on estimation and proposal generation of renovation projects including kitchens, baths, entire home interiors, additions, accessory structures, lanai enclosures and other specialty renovations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of the construction industry as well as local building code requirements and be able to navigate the complexities of renovation projects from beginning to end. Our company uses technology to streamline our processes, and our team members must be able to embrace the company's policies, procedures and workflow processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 5 years as a renovation estimator or related experience.
· Ability to multi-task and must be organized.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
. Proficient using Buildertrend or similar business management systems.
· Positive attitude.
· Team player.
· Able to embrace the company culture and training.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Professional estimating and proposal generation.
