Site Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management. This role involves ensuring the site runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Oversee data entry tasks related to tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial records.
• Use Yardi database for tenant records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in affordable property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Clarksville, TN 37042 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Clarksville, TN 37042: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
