Overview
This position will be responsible for site development, stormwater management and project planning from initial to construction phase.
Requirements:
- Create civil engineering plans using AutoDesk Civil3D
- Manage project delivery process including schedule, scope, budget, permitting and construction document packages
- Provide Hydrologic and hydraulic stream analysis including scour analysis
- Stormwater Management design and plan experience
- Permit Drawings experience
- FEMA FIS Flood Study CLOMR/LOMR experience and experience coordinating submittals for reviews and final approval.
Desirable Experience:
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Development of complete contract advertisement documents including plans, engineers estimate, bid quantities and contract standard specifications and project special provisions.
