What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Mills?
Do you enjoy providing high levels of Guest / Customer service, effectively communicating with Guests / Customers and fellow Team Members, and solving problems? This position on our Team involves effectively communicating with others, selling and scheduling automotive service work, and coming up with solutions for our Guests / Customers within our Dealership’s Service Department.
Candidates require having the ability to prioritize, maintain organization, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy service work in an Automotive Dealership.
Automotive knowledge and experience are a plus, though they are not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available for those willing to grow.
The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday. The work hours are either : am to : pm or : am to : pm.
This position is paid on a commission / incentive-based Pay Plan. $-$k / year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of a Base Draw and incentives for key metrics of Guest Service, payable labor sales, and other potential incentives. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!
