Housekeeper - RV Resort and Marina Properties

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the RV park, Marina properties including common areas, facilities, and restrooms.

Conduct routine inspections of the sites and common areas to identify any maintenance or repair needs.

Coordinate with the maintenance team or external contractors for more complex repairs or issues that exceed your expertise.

Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked and ready for use.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance when needed.

Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment for guests and staff.

Collaborate with other team members and management to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the RV park and Marina properties. 

Prior experience is preferred.

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

Ability to identify and address minor maintenance issues independently.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. 

Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and be available for on-call duties as necessary.
