Description: *Maintenance person performs skilled, multi-craft work to maintain and repair the physical structure and equipment of school buildings and/or grounds *Must be able to travel to multiple sites, assess conditions, determine and procure necessary materials/tools and complete work orders *Proficient with computers *Work well with co-workers and all district staff *Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements: *(5) years multi-trade experience in facilities maintenance or construction preferred *Must be able to work independently, troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems and equipment *Experience in electrical, carpentry, HVAC, welding and plumbing *Valid NJ drivers license required
Starting Salary Range: Per Council 18/BMW contract
