Summary: Under the direction of a Foreperson or other supervisor/manager, assists the craftsman and independently performs basic maintenance, repair, or mechanical adjustment work in various types of buildings, building facilities, and/or building utilities.
Required Experience: One year of experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining household, office, and other equipment, fixtures, fittings, appliances, machinery, furnishings, and buildings.
License: A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve operating a vehicle. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required for certain roles.
Work Hours: The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime hours when needed. Potential schedules include Tuesday through Saturday, Sunday through Thursday, Monday through Friday, and more.
Salary: Starting salary at $37,957.62 per year, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
