Call Specialist :
The Call Specialist is responsible for providing telephone information and triage, performing routine duties and selected non-professional services under the direct supervision of the Information & Referral Director.
Schedules and performs basic behavioral health and chemical dependency assessments. The Call Specialist should be knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders;
cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral. Performs crisis intervention.
