What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service position at Millwork 360?
Position Summary:
This position requires high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, creative salesmanship and able to understand the customer's needs. Ability to maintain high volume of sales and service along with becoming familiar and in gaining a full understanding of master grain products.
Job Functions:
- Quote orders for our Fiber Glass door line, Master Grain
- Follow up with customers
- Manage all aspects of customer requests, samples and order entry
- Assist with incoming calls.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School GED
- Experience with MS Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet schedule and order deadlines
- Able to work overtime when needed to meet business demands
Skills:
- Positive, organized and enthusiastic with ability to influence others
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics, self-starter, and strong attention to detail
- Ideal candidate will possess experience in an inside sales role along with wood/work experience
- Able to follow directions and processes
- Excellent time-management
Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm (Overtime may be required)
