- Location: 362 Flat Roof Mill Rd, Swanzey NH
- Full Time Hours: M-F 7:00am – 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the manufacturer and the customer through…
- Interacting with customers in a storefront environment, via phone, and e-mail.
- Assisting customer with inquiries on product selection, pricing and availability.
- Quoting and Selling projects using the Spruce Software
- Creating customer proposals using customized manufacturer software
- Promote through discussion company resources, products, specialized offerings and programs.
- Collaborating with the outside sales team and sales manager to price and secure jobs
- Working with vendors to place orders, manage lead times, and discuss product updates
- Collaborating with shipping and logistic managers to ensure seamless delivery of product
- Overseeing and assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks on the loading dock.
- Coordinating with customers and our team special order deliveries of high end building materials.
- Assist with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control and other related activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and six months sales-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational & communication skills, ambitious, self sufficient and goal-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- General sales/customer service experience preferred, 3-5 years window and door sales is desired with a familiarity with building material supplies
- Ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
