What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Secretary position at Millwright Construction LLC?
We are looking for an Office Assistant to work Monday through Friday, hours will be between 8am and 5pm.
Our office is located in Alda, Nebraska only a few minutes from Grand Island. If you are bilingual in Spanish that is preferred, but not necessary. If interested please send us your resume, we would love to talk to you :)
The ideal candidate will offer support to administrative personnel. You will be responsible for completing a variety of office relative tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Assist in handling various office requests, P.O's, Invoice, Data entry ect.
- Order office supplies and accept deliveries
- Bookkeeping
- Provide administrative support to foreman and project managers
- Assist with DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance forms and recordkeeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience using QuickBooks software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
