Equity-centered leader who designs, develops, implements and articulates with all stakeholders the district's vision for teaching and learning including the curriculum and best practices that support student success. Collaboratively leads school sites and district personnel in the development, preparation, and evaluation of educational plans that relate to programs and personalizing learning for all students; maintains a high degree of collaboration and communication with school sites and district office personnel; implements, administers and/or monitors district, state and federal programs and other instructional support areas as directed. Is responsible for ensuring the execution of educational plans and compliance with state and federal programs.
