Description
- Follow established procedures to accurately complete testing requirements on raw materials, in process materials/products and finished goods; compare to material/product specifications; ensure material/product meets acceptable measurements
- Operate all laboratory testing equipment
- Compile first piece, in process and last piece quality test results; perform calculations and follow up testing as necessary; maintain quality documentation records
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action meetings
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration and checks on testing equipment to ensure accuracy of test results
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One (1) to four (4) years of prior experience with quality control; prior experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
