Position: Project Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD
Compensation: $120-140K Base 20-30% Bonus
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage competitive bids for large-scale civil projects like utility infrastructure, roadways, and stormwater systems; manage follow-on projects.
- Oversee the full estimating process, from takeoffs to bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and profitability
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
- Learn to manage projects from start to finish, gaining real-world experience in project management and budgeting
- Work on-site, immersed in the action, as part of a dedicated and supportive team
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience estimating jobs is a must
- Construction professional with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the construction industry
- A passion for problem-solving, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an eagerness to take on new challenges
