Compensation: $100K-$125K, commensurate with experience
Location: Canton, Michigan
Responsibilities:
- Build a world-class team: Assemble and lead a team of dedicated insurance claims specialists.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience, including documentation requirements and submission procedures.
- Drive sales and growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to insurance product sales and claim inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop your team: Hire, train, and mentor new claims specialists.
- Coordinate with insurance providers: Work closely with insurance adjusters and underwriters.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience: A track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
- Insurance expertise: In-depth knowledge of home insurance claims handling and sales.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and insurance providers.
- Service Titan experience: Preferred, but not required.
