Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and join our team of dedicated professionals. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive family environment, managing daily activities, and providing guidance and mentorship to our students.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
