Milton Hershey School, one of the world's best private schools, is seeking married couples to provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students in a family-like structure. As Houseparents, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The position offers a unique opportunity for couples to make a meaningful impact in students' lives. With responsibilities spanning from guidance to administrative tasks, you will contribute to the holistic development of students.
A competitive compensation package includes $43,825 per person, with a total annual salary of approximately $150,000 for the couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

In this role, you will work closely with your spouse to create a consistent family-like structure for students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
