Job Overview
As a married couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Drive students to various activities
- Administer medication to students when necessary
- Manage household budget and expenses
- Report student progress and concerns
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students

- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
