As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for students, handling responsibilities such as administration, medication, and budgeting.

Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
Our total compensation package is approximately $150,000 per couple.
