Couples hired as Youth Development Specialists will serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and nurturing to groups of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be a legally married couple, with both spouses being at least 27 years old. The couple should also be willing to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Benefits and Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person. This translates to a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
