Career-minded couples are invited to join our team as Houseparents, where they will play a vital role in creating a family-oriented atmosphere for our students. This unique position requires a legally married couple to provide emotional and spiritual support, manage household responsibilities, and participate in daily activities with our students. As a Houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to their success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your partner should possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete an individual employment application.

This role offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school.
