As a flex houseparent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will work closely with your spouse to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating home environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to students, handling daily responsibilities, and ensuring the well-being of all students in your care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with school staff, and participating in professional development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to our students. You must also be able to pass a background check and meet the requirements outlined in the job description.
