What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Couples for Student Housing position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing a world-class education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. To support this mission, we're seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers.
As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and provide a supportive and structured environment for a small group of students. This includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring a safe and healthy living situation.
We require our Residential Youth Caregivers to have a high school diploma or GED and to be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Both spouses must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
