Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated and compassionate couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will work together with your spouse to provide care and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Opportunity
As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and lead a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks.
We require that you have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must hold a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
