Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Care Manager role in Pearl City, HI. The Care Manager will be responsible for care management, training, elder care, social services, financial management - comprehensive care, and complex support for clients.

- Financial and insurance service skills
- Experience in a healthcare or caregiving role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent data and clerical skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred
