The Residential Youth Caregiver role at Milton Hershey School provides a family-like atmosphere for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples reside in on-campus homes and nurture groups of 8-12 students.
Couples must have experience working with youth and demonstrate integrity, as they will serve as role models for students. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
