Position Overview:
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and report to school administrators. Your duties will involve covering different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities as a flex houseparent will include managing student homes, handling daily tasks, and reporting to school administrators. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs., demonstrate a high degree of integrity, and complete individual employment applications.
