What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregivers for Disadvantaged Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a family-like environment for our students. As House Parents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and support the daily care and well-being of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Drive students to activities and appointments
- Administer medications as needed
- Manage household budgets
Requirements
- Experience working with youth from under-served settings
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
