A Unique Opportunity to Foster a Family-Like Environment
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Parental Caregivers for Disadvantaged Youth. As a Parental Caregiver, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a family-like environment for students, guiding and nurturing them in a structured setting.
You will be responsible for overseeing a group of 8-12 students, performing various responsibilities, including driving and administering medication, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
