What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregivers for Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking caring and experienced couples to join our team as house parents. As a house parent, you will provide a nurturing and structured environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will guide them through daily activities and responsibilities, creating a supportive family-like atmosphere in on-campus homes.

As a house parent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for the students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be required to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
