As part of our residential education program, we are seeking married couples to fill the role of houseparents. These individuals will provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment, creating a nurturing atmosphere that fosters academic success and personal growth.
About the Position:
As a houseparent couple, you will be responsible for managing a group of students, including providing daily care and supervision, handling responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and being available for emotional support. You will also be required to lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and participate in staff meetings.
