At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents and create a supportive home environment for our students.
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and budgeting and reporting. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead them in daily devotions.

Schedule and Vacation Time
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off; workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
- Three-week paid summer vacation
