Nurturing Environment for Students
As a Flex Houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will create a supportive and loving environment for students. You will live on campus and provide a family-like structure, guiding and supporting students through various challenges and milestones.
Key qualifications include experience working with youth, preferably from underserved settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
- Reside in an on-campus student home with a group of students
- Provide transportation and administer medication as needed
- Handle budgeting, reporting, and other responsibilities
