Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Houseparents, they will guide and support 8-12 students in an on-campus home, taking on responsibilities such as driving and administering medication.

Benefits:
- Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
