Milton Hershey School is seeking caring and dedicated couples to become flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside on campus with your spouse and provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in daily life
- Manage daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
