In this unique career path, you and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for students as Flex Houseparents. You will reside on-campus in student homes and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
