Caregiver Couple Wanted for Student Home

Are you and your spouse passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth? Do you have a heart for caregiving and a desire to create a loving and supportive environment for students?

We are seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School, where you will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
  • Two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older
  • No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
  • Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
