The houseparent role involves providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

The job involves a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer three-week paid summer vacation.
