Houseparent Role
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as houseparents. As houseparents, you will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for students aged pre-K to 12th grade. You will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couple should have been married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Benefits
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
