Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings.
Candidates should be at least 27 years old, legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additionally, couples should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, while adhering to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
